Gai Ben-Moshe, better known as BAD CHICKEN!, discovered a passion for producing at 19 years of age while serving the army in Israel as a part of compulsory enlistment. At 21 years old he created the music “Royal Disco” with his two hand friends. It didn’t take long and the group made some serious buzz, taking 2nd place in the “Borgeous” Remix Competition of ‘Invincible’. In 2014 they released their debut EP as ‘Royal Disco’ releasing “Werewolf at the disco” on ‘Buygore Records’ and getting a lot of attention from the scene. Two years later they released another EP on ‘Buygore Records’ – “Dark Energy”. In 2016 Steve Aoki asked the group to remix one of his hits ‘Light Years’ (feat Rivers Cuomo)’, the remix got over 1.5 million streams.
2017 was a serious year for the group getting huge support from Skrillex, playing their record ‘GNARLY’ for 4 months in his sets. ‘GNARLY’ was also played on Skrillex’s Radio Show ‘OWSLA Radio’. The group decided to end their way together, leading Gal to create his new alias ‘BAD CHICKEN!’. This project took about 2 years for Gal to shape his craft and reaching his new sound.
BAD CHICKEN!’s creativity and diversity as an artist have shown his full love production and DJin. His orginals, edits and remixes have received huge support from artist such as Skrillex, DJ Snake, Borgore, Steve Aoki, Kill The Noise, Borgeous, RIOT and many more.
At 29 years of age Gal Ben-Moshe has acheived an absolute amazing level of attention from his big acts, building momentum and expecting 2021 to tour all over the U.S.
